Seth Sherman MD

Psychiatry Consultant

Dr. Seth Sherman brings kindness and clinical expertise to the treatment of a wide variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic, bipolar disorders, relationship problems, addictions and substance use disorders and life transitions. He is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

A skilled diagnostician with extensive clinical experience at Harvard and Stanford, he provides compassionate, evidence-based care, both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, engaging patients in collaborative treatment planning within a welcoming, reassuring environment.

Dr. Sherman currently provides clinical consultation to our psychotherapists and program development assistance to the practice.
