Self-Referred Professionals
Physicians, attorneys, executives, and other professionals who recognize they need help and want treatment from a practice that understands the pressures and privacy concerns unique to their situation.
Family Referrals
We frequently hear from concerned family members: adult children worried about a parent's drinking, or parents worried about an adult child's substance use.
Our clinical team will speak with you to understand the situation, then work to engage your loved one in a screening conversation. We treat patients who are willing to enter care; we do not conduct interventions on unwilling individuals.
Our Approach
Intensive Outpatient Structure
Treatment intensity is tailored to each case. For higher-acuity situations, this may include daily remote monitoring via Soberlink or SobrSafe devices, frequent check-ins with clinical staff, and multiple weekly appointments. This level of structure, previously available only in residential settings, allows many patients to remain outpatient while maintaining the accountability necessary for recovery.
Team-Based Care
Treatment plans are built around your specific needs and may include medical management with Dr. Abramson, individual psychotherapy with Dr. Kelly Yi or Orion Harris LMFT, and coordination with outside providers when appropriate. All treatment plans include an in-person medical component, though some services are provided via telemedicine.
